This is the first card of a 
designer’s Home stack. It contains fields that are scripted to show the date and time, and added icons for programs the designer uses most frequently. The buttons at the top of the card provide quick access to frequently used resources.

These buttons help the designer perform frequently used functions. “Icons” links to a stack which stores icons (small buttons with pictures attached to them); “Align” aligns series of buttons or fields on a card; “btns” shows and hides all the buttons on a card, and “flds” does the same for fields.
